The medal is available in three variations – gold, silver, and bronze. It's crafted from zinc alloy and measures 70mm in diameter and 3mm in thickness, with a weight of 98.5 grams.

The front design features a central circle with a stylized human figure in motion, set against a backdrop of a green field and a blue sky. Surrounding this is the inscription "EXERCISE IS NOT ENOUGH" in a semi-circular arrangement. The outer edge is adorned with a vibrant, swirling pattern in shades of red, orange, blue, and green.

The reverse side presents a different design. The center showcases a logo above the words "一等奖" (First Prize) and "FIRST". This is encircled by a laurel wreath. The same swirling pattern as the front adorns the outer edge.

Both sides of the item have a gold finish and are attached to a ribbon for wearing.
