The medal is crafted from durable zinc alloy. Its dimensions are 75mm in diameter and 6mm in thickness, with a weight of 105.5 grams. This medal comes in three varieties, representing first, second, and third place.

The front side of the medal features a vibrant design. The central focus is a circular element containing the words "EXERCISE IS NOT ENOUGH" in a circular fashion. Inside, there is an artistic representation, a running figure. The surrounding design is a large, flower-shaped border.
