This medal is crafted from zinc alloy, measuring 80mm in diameter and 5mm thick, with a total weight of 153 grams, including the attached ribbon. The design is presented in a circular shape.

The front of the medal showcases a detailed soccer ball design at the center, rendered in a bright silver color. It is encircled by a vibrant blue ring with a textured pattern. The outer rim features an intricate decorative pattern.

The reverse side of the medal features a blank white circle within the same blue ring. Within the white circle, there's a labeled area of 39mm with the inscription “定制区域” which means "custom area" in Chinese. This section is framed by a similar silver decorative rim as seen on the front.

Both sides share the same ribbon attachment design and overall silver color. The ribbon itself is a bold, bright blue.
