This medal is crafted from zinc alloy, indicating durability and a substantial feel. Its dimensions are 80mm in length and 5mm in thickness, with a total weight of 153 grams, including the accompanying lanyard.

On the front of the medal, there is a basketball texture filling the center circle. The circle itself is enclosed by a ring of blue, and then a ring of the medal's base metal color. Surrounding the center design is a detailed, slightly raised border that incorporates a leaf-like pattern. The edges of this outer border have delicate, wavy designs.

The reverse side of the item features a similar design, with a central area ready for customization that's 39mm in diameter, surrounded by a blue ring and the bronze-colored metal ring. The text is displayed below the 39mm area. The outer rim shares the same ornate leaf pattern as the front side.
