This is a single medal made of zinc alloy. It measures 80mm in diameter and is 5mm thick. Including the ribbon, its total weight is 153 grams.

The front of the medal features a detailed design. The outer edges showcase a rose-gold colored, circular frame which is intricately carved with a textured pattern reminiscent of leaves or a flowing design. A vibrant blue line encircles the inner portion, with a circle that showcases two table tennis rackets, also rose-gold in color, positioned in an overlapping manner.

The reverse side of the medal also has a rose-gold circular frame and a blue inner ring. Inside this inner ring is an open circle area of 39mm, that is presumably the custom area. Below this circular area, there is text indicating "custom area".
