The medal is constructed from zinc alloy and features an intriguing element of acrylic sand. The dimensions of the item are 75mm in diameter with a thickness of 6.5mm, and it weighs 112 grams, including the attached lanyard.

The front design is rich in color and detail. The frame around the central design features a rose gold tone. Within the frame, there is a vibrant design consisting of several colors. On top, there is a blue color section and a white cloud; the design is then split into several parts, including a blue and yellow and green section. Inside the central clear part, there is a wave-like pattern of sand with color changes.

The reverse side of the medal has a similar aesthetic, though simpler in design. The frame maintains the rose gold tone. The inside design is a combination of two colors. The top area has a dark color, and the bottom half has a light blue color.
