It is a circular medal crafted from zinc alloy, weighing 89g, and measuring 70mm in diameter with a thickness of 4mm.

The front of the medal features an intricate design. A stylized athlete is depicted in action, rendered in a silhouette style. Behind the athlete, a series of curved stripes add a dynamic element to the design. The stripes are in the colors of red, green, black, yellow, and blue.

The medal is in four different color variations. The first version presents a gold finish, the second a silver finish, the third a bronze finish, and the fourth a gold finish with a different pattern. It includes a purple ribbon for hanging.
