It is a finely crafted medal, made of zinc alloy and has a net weight of 97g, with dimensions of 75mm in diameter and 4mm in thickness.

The design features a central circular element. The face of the medal has a prominent emblem: a stylized design featuring a shield with a figure within it, and Chinese characters along with the English phrase "TaiTua Fight". The surrounding ring of the main medal is in a gold color. The second row of images showcase three more color options of the medal: a silver color, a rose gold color, and a gold medal with different text.

The medal is accompanied by a ribbon, which is a combination of green, purple, and blue colors. The ribbon is attached to the upper section of the medal.

The medal is available in four different color schemes.
